Blakeford at Green Hills Campus

�� served as the Program Manager for the all-new addition to the Blakeford at Green Hills community. This addition included 51 new independent living units, a 20,000 sq. ft. memory care unit, and major renovation work across a majority of the existing common spaces within the community. Our team assisted the owner in solicitation and management of the design team, general contractor, and support consultants from the initial concept, final design, construction, and closeout of the project.

Vi at Bentley Village

This project includes the construction of a new three-story independent living building with 72 high-end apartments. The building spans over 135,300 sq. ft. and features luxurious finishes throughout, including top-of-the-line appliances, high-end cabinetry, and premium flooring. In addition to the living spaces, the project includes a 45,500 sq. ft. covered parking garage to accommodate residents’ vehicles.

The project also included extensive work on the golf course, which involved the construction of a putting green, cart paths, sand bunkers, a golf course irrigation pump house, and irrigation systems. All work was completed in five phases while the community remained active, requiring careful coordination and planning to minimize disruptions. This project was recognized with awards for its excellence in commercial contracting and construction from the Lee BIA Summit Awards and the Collier BIA Sand Dollar Awards.

Other amenities include art studios, card rooms, a library, a resort-style pool, a hair and nail salon, and exercise and therapy facilities. One of the highlights of the facility is its swimming pool, where residents can relax and enjoy some water activities. Additionally, there is a separate guest suite available for visitors, ensuring a comfortable stay for their loved ones.
