The Farwell Recreation Gymnasium project features an expansive new addition to the existing recreation center and aims to update the existing facility. The 9,000 sq. ft. expansion on the original facility adds all new inside, basketball courts and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. Renovation work across the entire building, updates the rest of the facility to match the modern look of the new addition. Once complete the fully renovated Farwell Recreation Gymnasium will cater to the Detroit public for years to come.

City of Detroit Clemente and Crowell Recreation Centers

This project includes the expansion and renovation of both the Clemente and Crowell Recreation Centers in Detroit. Scope of work features upgrades to art rooms, dance rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, office areas, and interior finishes, along with the addition of new electric vehicle charging stations. At Clemente, the project includes 2,268 sq. ft. of interior renovations to the existing lobby, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection improvements. These enhancements aim to modernize and energize key community spaces for increased accessibility, functionality, and sustainability.
