The US Signal Data Center is a modern and efficient facility designed to house and manage large amounts of electronic data. The concrete, precast walls both sped up the construction timeline and provided durability and stability to the structure, while the raised flooring in the data center area allows for easy access to cables and other infrastructure components.

The data center area occupies the majority of the nearly 25,000 sq. ft. building and is specifically designed to house servers, storage devices, and other critical IT equipment. The raised access flooring eases installment, maintenance, and replacement of cabling and infrastructure components, while also providing a controlled airflow to help regulate temperature and maintain a consistent environment.

The facility is divided into several areas outside of the data center itself. Support spaces such as conference rooms, offices, and break rooms provide a comfortable efficient environment for employees and visitors of the data center.

Additional features include a redundant power and cooling system, backup generators, fire suppression, security systems, and a variety of environmental controls to ensure the optimal operating conditions for critical IT equipment.

These include a Healthy Life Center, a Free-standing Emergency Department, an Outpatient Surgery Center, a Recovery Care Center, a Laboratory, Imaging, Rehab Therapy, Cardiac Testing, and Physician Office Spaces.

One of the primary goals of the project is to provide patients with a seamless and convenient healthcare experience. To achieve this, the hospital’s system utilizes the “five ones” of healthcare connectivity, which includes one registration, one point of scheduling, one combined schedule of care, one electronic medical record, and one patient portal. The Cornell Family Behavioral Health Pavilion replaces Sarasota Memorial’s aging 1970s-era Bayside Center for Behavioral Health with a 3-story facility designed to make people feel welcome, safe, and supported through their healthcare experience. The first floor houses a comprehensive array of outpatient behavioral health programs and counseling services, including a 24-hour assessment center, an ECT suite, intensive outpatient programs for youth and adults, a partial hospitalization program for adults, and individual and group counseling. The two upper floors of the 95,600 sq. ft. facility includes care units and private rooms dedicated to specific populations, including a geriatric unit, child and adolescent unit, adult unit, and acute-care unit. Each patient room includes large windows letting in natural light and other design elements to help reduce stress and promote recovery. The all-new Cornell Family Behavioral Health Pavilion is equipped with cutting edge technology and innovative treatment methods to provide the best possible care for all patients. The project required careful planning and execution to ensure that the facility has been built to meet the specific needs of the patient population with a focus on safety, comfort, and privacy.

Church of the City

�� was involved in multiple projects for Church of the City, including a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior office spaces situated on the third floor, which comprised of a range of upgrades such as modernized lighting fixtures, and refreshed wall and floor finishes.

Additionally, the main lobby on the second floor underwent a renovation which included redesigned entryways, upgraded flooring and wall finishes, improved lighting fixtures, and the installation of new seating areas to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.

Lastly, there DD completed a mezzanine addition to the existing auditorium, which will provide seating capacity for up to 726 people. This new mezzanine level features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, comfortable seating arrangements, and modern design aesthetics to enhance the overall viewing experience for audiences.

We initiated cost-cutting exercises and engaged in working sessions with the entire design team to fulfill the owner’s requirements for budget, schedule, and quality.

The new building offers a range of facilities, including a football field, basketball court, and state-of-the-art classrooms designed to create an engaging and immersive learning experience. Moreover, the second-floor mezzanine provides additional space for students to study and interact, further enhancing the learning environment. The design and construction of this project demonstrate our commitment to delivering superior quality results that align with the needs and expectations of our clients.
